STUDIO D'ARTISAN(ステュディオ・ダルチザン)のインディゴ先染め糸で織られた半袖チェックシャツ(メンズ ショートスリーブ バッファローチェック ブロックチェック ワークシャツ)です。
この製品は、ビンテージアメリカンワークウェア(ワークシャツ)のパターンをベースに、オールドアメリカンスタイルのボディディテールを再現しつつも、ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザンによってタウンユース用にアレンジされた半袖シャツです。インディゴ先染め糸を使用してざっくりと織られることで、柔らかな感触の味わい深い色合いのチェックシャツに改良されています。また、現代的なシルエット・縫製を取り入れ、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインにカスタマイズされています。
サイズは日本規格サイズです。シルエットはタイトすぎずルーズすぎない、モダンフィットスタイルに再構築され、スタイリッシュにご着用いただけますように仕上げられています。
スタイルは台衿付きレギュラーカラーのフルオープンタイプで、スソはカーブ状にカットされたラウンドボトム(ラウンドテール)です。
素材はコットン100%のミディアムウェイトインディゴチェックツイル生地です。インディゴ先染め糸を使用してざっくりと織られた、厚すぎず薄すぎない適度な肉厚の、インディゴチェックツイル生地です。先染めとは糸の段階で染めを行い、その先染め糸を使用して織られた織物のことです。太番手の先染め糸でローテンションで織られたこの生地は、自然で素朴なネップ感、織りムラ感、柔らかい素材感など独特な風合いが表現されています。
この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、シャツには、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着用と洗濯を繰り返すごと生地が馴染み、風合いも増し、美しい経年変化も楽しめます。
フロントは6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。ボタンには尿素樹脂製猫目ボタンが使用されています。ボタンホールは垂直方向に穴が開けられています。
負荷のかかる肩部分には、さらにもう1枚生地をあてた補強ショルダーヨーク仕様です。
両胸には下部の角が取られたボタン留めパッチポケットが設けられています。ポケット上部の角はバータック(カンヌキ)で強度が増されています。左胸ポケットには「ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザン」のピスネーム(飾りネームタグが縫い付けられています。
主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのビンテージワークシャツの仕様を再現した頑強なつくりです。
両脇裾にはマチが付き、空縫いすると出てくる「空環」の、二本針(ダブルステッチ)の撚り糸が垂れ下がっています。昔ながらのワークシャツの縫製手法を踏襲したディティールです。
アメリカンクラシックワークシャツをベースにステュディオ・ダ・ルチザンならではのモディファイを試みたモデルです。アメリカンビンテージスタイルのボディパターンと、洗練された上品なテイストが融合されたアイテムに仕上げられています。とってもかっこいいステュディオ・ダルチザンシャツです。
このアイテムはインディゴ染料が使用され、織物表面の余分な染料がこすれ落ちやすい傾向にあります。そのため着古すまでは、濃いものと着合せたり、単独での洗濯をおこなってください。※この生地はインディゴ染料を使用している為、汗や雨などで生地が湿った場合に色落ちし、移染する可能性があります。また、強く擦られた場合にも同様に他の衣料に移染する可能性がありますのでご注意下さい。※この製品に使用されている生地は、水濡れや摩擦等で多少色落ちする恐れがあります。特に雨等で濡れたときの服装への色移りはご注意ください。

This short sleeve yarn-dyed indigo plaid shirt is made in japan and produced by studio d'artisan (studio dartisan). Studio d'artisan is a modern denim label established in 2006, based in kojima, okayama, japan, where is the birth place of Japanese domestic jeans. Studio D'artisan's products are introduced Japanese craftsmanship into american classic clothing making. The pattern construction of this shirt is modeled after the vintage classic American work shirts, but this short sleeve button up shirt is outfitted with Studio D'artisan's brand own detailing and design in a contemporary approach with a modernize fit. Made of a 100% cotton mediumweight twill fabric woven with buffalo plaid pattern in indigo color. This buffalo plaid pattern fabric is woven with indigo-dyed yarns. The result is an attractive indigo plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally with a neppy and rugged texture on the face of the fabric. With wear and wash the indigo dye will fade to create a unique personalized garment. With the inspiration from American classic work shirts, this item has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose.

Fabric: Made of a 100% cotton, single-ply, unlined, mediumweight twill fabric woven with buffalo plaid pattern in indigo color. This plaid pattern fabric is woven with indigo-dyed yarns. The result is an attractive indigo plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally with a neppy and rugged texture on the face of the fabric. This plaid fabric is woven using thick yarns made out of indigo pre-dyed. Yarn-dyed fabric is made out of pre-dyed yarns woven into a pattern. It differs from piece-dyed fabric, which is dyed after the cloth is woven. The result is an attractive plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Yarn dyed fabric is woven from material that has already been dyed. And this fabric with loose-tension weaving has a natural softness. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully.
